Treetop Connections was founded by Faith Strong, a registered teacher and counsellor with years of experience supporting children, young people and adults across Australia. We began with a simple goal: to offer behaviour support that feels human, respectful and grounded in real life — not clinical or rushed.
Our practice is science-led and relationship-driven. We use the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to understand how people learn, communicate and interact with the world around them.
From there, we integrate Positive Behaviour Support, Trauma-Informed Care, Collaborative Problem Solving and other research-based approaches to create support that is individualised, compassionate and practical.
As an NDIS-registered provider, we support children, teenagers and adults through:
Everything we do centres on improving quality of life. We take time to understand each person’s story, strengths and goals, then build support that helps them feel safe, confident and capable — at home, school, work and in the community.
Connection matters to us. Families, carers, teachers and support networks are part of the process, and we work alongside them so everyone feels informed, empowered and supported.
At Treetop Connections, life gets to feel calmer, more predictable and more hopeful. Growth doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it happens.
