Choice and control are at the heart of how we work. You deserve the freedom to make decisions about your life and the supports you receive, with clear information and guidance that helps you choose with confidence.
We presume that every person has the ability to make informed decisions. Information is shared in ways that suit your communication style — spoken, written, Easy English, or through an interpreter or advocate. You can decide who supports you, how your services are delivered and when you’d like to review or change your plan. And if your needs change — or if we’re not the right fit — we’ll help connect you with another provider who can meet your goals.
Our aim is simple: to ensure you feel empowered, informed and in control at every stage of your journey.
